As each item is made by hand we normally have a turn around period of one week for Nursing Products and JJBB Jewellery and 2 weeks for Silverprint but will confirm upon receipt of your order.

Posting: If you require your finished item to be posted then we will send via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery where a signature will be required upon delivery. Our general charge for this service is £2.50 and if this changes due to your order size we will advise before the order is complete.

Payment: Cash & Cheques only.

Please note; For Silverprint items we ask for payment upon taking the fingerprint and will provide a receipt. For all other jewellery we ask for payment when you place the order.
